Vertical Stainless Steel & Aluminum Baler

This series of vertical metal balers is specially designed for compressing and baling various types of scrap metal, including stainless steel scrap, aluminum scrap, aluminum cans, metal chips, and other non-ferrous metal waste. The machine compresses loose scrap into compact, dense bales, which can then be manually strapped for secure handling. This helps reduce material volume, save storage space, and improve the efficiency of stacking, storage, and transportation.

300T–750T Vertical Stainless Steel & Aluminum Baler

The 300T–750T Vertical Metal Baler is designed for compacting lightweight and loose metal scrap, including aluminum cans, stainless steel scrap, aluminum profiles, aluminum offcuts, metal chips and other non-ferrous scrap.

Standard models include 300T, 370T, 420T and 470T, with customized configurations available up to 750T and beyond.

The machine compresses loose scrap into compact, high-density bales, helping reduce material volume, save storage space and improve handling and transportation efficiency. The simple operating system can typically be managed by 1–2 operators.

A remote control system is provided as standard. An optional infrared safety monitoring system can detect personnel entering the designated hazardous area and automatically stop the machine for enhanced operating safety.
